Why managers prefer them

No holds, no refund admin, no end-of-stay disputes over cleaning marks. Across many bookings the pooled fees more than cover the occasional broken lamp.

The limits

Waivers cover accidents, not parties or negligence. Serious incidents still route through the platform's claims process or insurance.
