Fees are each provider's published rates as of July 2026 where available (Houst pricing page: 12–20% + monthly account fee; Travelnest: 5% + channel commission; Evolve: 10%; GuestReady: from 15%; Pass the Keys: 20% + VAT + £149 onboarding). Vacasa, Sykes and Awaze don't publish rates — ranges shown are as commonly reported by owners. Channel/OTA commissions apply equally to every option, including ours. Guesty's entry tier (Lite): $9/month + 1% per reservation — software only, you still run the operation yourself.

Because our costs are different, not our service. Traditional managers pay local teams to answer messages, coordinate cleaners and update prices by hand. Our AI does that work at near-zero cost, so we don't need your margin to cover salaries. Cleaning itself is paid by guests through cleaning fees, exactly as it works on Airbnb today.
